Come fly with me!
The most fulfilling feeling is when my clients whom I work closely with on charity galas and corporate functions decide to invite me into their personal life. I really pride myself on building beautiful relationships with my clients and being able to service both their personal and professional needs. So can my team and I throw an over-the-top 50th birthday party for a deserving, beautiful and philanthropic client? Of course we can! Come fly away with us as we show you some highlights from this lavish party.
This was definitely not an ordinary birthday party. The guests were dropped off in the middle of a field and escorted to a private hangar. And yes, there were vintage airplanes on premise. My team and I decided to highlight these beauties, therefore, we kept majority of our furniture pieces white. We used beautiful accent colours, like pink, green, yellow and blue as we wanted the party to look fresh. There was no shortage of Moet Champagne being poured for guests to enjoy and a beautiful open bar with only the best cocktails and wines for the guests to enjoy.
The evening was filled with festivities from Montreal Rhapsody Orchestra to a special performance by Sean Jones. The guests were never left wondering what to do, as the dancing never stopped. My client wanted her guests to have fun. This was not an uptight, sit-down affair. All the food was elegantly served, and everything was bite-sized, so people could eat as they roamed. Fireworks went off after the speeches. Yes, I said fireworks. A late night surprise for all of the guests was five of the cities most well-known food trucks, they drove on to the property which blew the guests away because they had certainly danced up an appetite.
Last but not least, a party would be incomplete without delicious treats. We designed a sweet table based on our client's favourite things, like cupcakes, cake-pops and doughnuts. As simple as these treats were, we managed to find a way to stylize our desserts to match the look and feel of our party.
I hope this post inspired you to dream big for your upcoming events!
